Return and Refund Policy
At Sensory4U, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and fair returns and refund policy.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Some products, such as hygiene-sensitive items or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at sensory4u.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to return the item.
Pack and Ship: Safely package the item, include a copy of the return authorization, and ship it to the provided address.
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved:
- For returns within 30 days of delivery, you can choose to receive a refund or a replacement item, if available.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective product or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
- Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
You can request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it may not be possible to cancel an order as we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
